CANCELLATION POLICY

At WHM FIT, we value your commitment to your well-being and our services. We understand that life can be unpredictable, and there may be times when you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment. To ensure the smooth operation of our services and provide fair treatment to all clients, we have established the following cancellation policy:

 

1. Cancellation Notice

We kindly request that you provide us with a minimum of 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. This allows us to accommodate other clients who may be on our waiting list and provides our team with ample time to adjust schedules accordingly.

 

2. Late Cancellation or No-Show

Appointments that are canceled with less than 24 hours' notice or missed without any prior notice (no-show) will be subject to a cancellation fee.

 

3. Cancellation Fee

A cancellation fee of 50% of your booking fee will be charged for late cancellations or no-show appointments. This fee helps offset the costs associated with holding the appointment slot and the inconvenience caused to our therapists and other clients.

 

4. Payment of Cancellation Fee

The cancellation fee will be added to your account and must be paid before your next scheduled appointment. Failure to pay the cancellation fee may result in the inability to book future appointments with WHM FIT.

 

5. Emergencies and Special Circumstances

We understand that unforeseen emergencies and exceptional circumstances may arise. In such cases, please contact us as soon as possible, and we will do our best to accommodate your situation with flexibility and understanding.

 

6. Rescheduling

If you need to reschedule your appointment with more than 24 hours' notice, we will make every effort to find a suitable alternative time for your session.

 

We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in adhering to our cancellation policy. By scheduling an appointment with WHM FIT, you acknowledge your acceptance of these terms.
